Registration & Entry Information

1.) Mail Entry Fee - $175.00  (Registration Deadline: April 2, 2010)

Teams will be accepted on a first come basis upon receipt of the Entry Fee.
We will notify you by email or by phone when we receive your entry fee.

All teams are guaranteed a three game minimum.

All teams will have one game on Friday night.

2.) Complete Team Information Form
This is the link to the team roster form.  It is intended to be printed and filled out.  
It should then be mailed to the Lancer Basketball Tournament.

The form must be printed in landscape mode.

3.) Complete the Tournament Release Form
We must have a Parent/Guardian signature for each player! No player will be allowed to participate without a signed release. Please print the Release form in landscape mode, fill it out, and mail it to the Lancer Basketball Tournament address or bring it when you check-in at the tournament.
